CP Portal - What's New?
Since launching the CP Portal, Claudius Peters' new on-line customer platform, in May last year; to stay ahead of the game in today's fast moving digital age Claudius Peters has recently implemented an array of new features into the Portal to make it even more comprehensive and user-friendly.
Take a look at some of the new features below and register today!
Registration is now embedded into the Claudius Peters Portal web page. Customers can register with their company e-mail address and submit their profile data online. This process takes around 1 minute with account verification typically taking 1-2 days before full activation.
To keep the ball rolling during the verification period the customer will have immediate access to all the generic demo catalogs (categorized into typical product groups) before their own company's projects can be securely viewed by the account user.
2. What is a Demo Catalog?
We want to show our customers what we can do, even if they have no live projects at the time.
So we created demo catalogs of the four main Claudius Peters’ product groups (Silo Pneumatic / Clinker Cooler / Mill / Packing Plants). The demo catalogs show generic examples of a typical project comprising a Mechanical Catalog, General Arrangement Catalog and full technical documentation. Please trial this feature after you have registered.
The Claudius Peters Portal is more than just a spare parts catalog. Technical documentation with drawings, parts lists and tables is an expectation of today’s projects.
We wanted to simplify access to these documents by our customers and show the very latest revisions. With the latest new features, the Portal displays all the updated revisions to project documents - logically structured in a separate document area.
Such documents can be found here, even if the jobs are not yet commissioned.
