Augsburg, 1st February 2012. An investor solution has been found for the sheet fed business of manroland AG in insolvency proceedings. The privately owned British engineering group, Langley Holdings plc, has emerged as the investor behind the takeover of the sheet fed printing equipment division, its production facilities (including all real estate in Offenbach), together with the international marketing organization in more than 40 countries (www.manroland.com).

Langley Holdings plc today published its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2011.

Claudius Peters (CP) announced that it has signed a contract with China’s largest cement producer, Anhui Conch Cement, to supply a 12,000 t/d ETA Cooler for the new cement plant in the Yangchuan district of China.

Buxtehude, 1 December 2011. Claudius Peters, the German plant machinery specialist, marks ten years this month since it was acquired by British engineering conglomerate, Langley Holdings PLC from Babcock International PLC.

Buxtehude, 28 November 2011. Claudius Peters Projects GmbH (“CPP”) announced today that all disputes with KHD Humboldt Wedag GmbH (“KHD”) involving past use by KHD of CPP ETA Cooler technology, and all related issues have been successfully settled.

Buxtehude, 19 October 2011. Mordovcement, one of the largest cement manufacturing enterprises in the Russian Federation, has awarded a contract to Claudius Peters for the delivery of 2 new cement dispatch silos to be commissioned in the early part of 2012.

Buxtehude, 28 September 2011. CLAUDIUS PETERS received the order for an ETA Cooler to replace the existing cooler in the Holcim La Union plant in the Philippines. Claudius Peters Projects secured the order for this ETA Cooler as a result of to the excellent performance of other installed ETA coolers in other Holcim Plants.

Buxtehude, 16 September 2011. Polysius awarded a contract to Claudius Peters Projects for two packing lines and a big bag plant for the upgrading of the cement production at Tabuk Cement, Saudi Arabia.

Buxtehude, 4 September 2011. LBGA has awarded a new contract for two gypsum calcining lines with a capacity of up to 30 t/h, to expand their gypsum wallboard production in Asia, to Claudius Peters Projects GmbH Germany.

Buxtehude, 10 August 2011. Vliegasunie BV recently awarded a contract to Claudius Peters (CP) to supply three “Multicell” silos together with a mixing and loading system for a new fly ash terminal to be constructed in Moerdijk, in the Netherlands.
