The EM-Mill can operate on a wide range of applications with a customized optimum design for your specific material requirements. The indirect heat transfer in a Claudius Peters kettle allows calcination at optimal gypsum retention time and provides the required stucco quality. The calcination process can take place in either continuous or batch mode operation, allowing a maximum system flexibility. A Claudius Peters Rotary Drum Cooler indirectly transfers heat from the stucco to ambient air through a rotating tube bundle. The all-metal construction of the cooler allows cooling of high temperature anhydrite products and regular hemihydrate stucco.
