For decades Claudius Peters has supplied packing and dispatch technology to the cement, lime, gypsum and materials handling industry. These high-capacity packing and palletizing plants can be delivered with bagging capacities of up to approx. 4.500 bags/h. This technology is a combination of the latest weighing electronics and solid machine construction for long years of wear-resistant and low-maintenance continuous operation.
A typical Claudius Peters packing and dispatch plant consists of the following core components:
Bucket elevator
Vibrating screen
Prebin
Shut-off gate and dosing unit for the packing machine
Rotary and in-line packers for packing of 15 – 50 kg bags with the required accuracy and with modern ultrasonic bag sealing system
Automatic bag applicator with empty-bag handling
Spillage meal transport system
Bag transport with bag deflecting station and bag chute
Rear loader for open / closed trucks or railcars
Palletizing plant
Electric control of the complete packing, loading and palletizing process
Modifications of existing plants for optimization of the packing process or for a capacity increase of the packing plant by means of the latest packing technology are, of course, also possible.
