Systems can work with an overhead stacking arrangement combined with a standard belt conveyor and reclaimer, or combined stacker and reclaimer systems.High-capacity travelling trippers or shuttles offer longitudal stockpile configuration with portal, semi-portal or side-type reclaimers allowing material to be reclaimed either vertically or horizontally in successive passes along the pile, facilitating the flexibility to adjust the reclaim capacity with scraper depth in the pile and reclaimer unit travelling speed. Equipment of this type offers the potential for capacities ranging from 50 tonnes per hour to over 1,500 tonnes per hour at high stockpile spans.
