New Coal Grinding Plant to be installed at Hargreaves

Claudius Peters Projects won a contract this month from Hargreaves Raw Material Services GmbH, subsidiary of Hargreaves Services plc, for a new coal grinding plant including coal dust silos and truck loading.

Hargreaves (www.hargreavesservices.eu) is a raw material trader located in Duisburg are building their own coal grinding facility to supply clients in Germany and Western Europe.

The plant will be installed at DK Recycling und Roheisen GmbH (www.dk-duisburg.de), who will also operate the plant.

The Claudius Peters supply comprises raw coal handling with coal grinding to a max capacity of 52 t/h; pneumatic conveying to existing coal dust silos to a distance of approximately. 500m and four new coal dust silos with truck loading. The popular Claudius Peters EM95 Grinding Mill will be incorporated into the plant.

Claudius Peters will be supplying a complete turnkey service including installation, commissioning and operator training. Commissioning is planned for the of 4th quarter 2018 to achieve full production in February 2019.
